Having ridden in many countries round the world, we believe the Peak District has some of the best riding on offer. At The Homestead we have stables, a menage, grazing, and access to some brilliant trails. Bring your own horse, grab a map and ride out on your own or book a few days of guided rides…

Menage with a view
The view from our 40 by 20 sand and rubber menage is hard to beat; whether you’re riding or relaxing on the decking and watching a friend ride. Full use, including jumps, is included in any equestrian booking and we can organize lessons for you - with some of the country’s leading instructors living nearby.
Grazing and stabling
We have up to ten acres of grazing available, which can also be used to exercise horses. We have several stables and our own organic hay.
